im 21,i weight 169 and im 5’7 and a half. how many calories do i have to eat daily so i dont go into starvation mode, but also so i am able to lose weight healthy? i do cardio at the gym 4-7 times a week, and right now im eating 1200-1500 calories a day? is this too little? what do you guys think? just started my diet
